Jeremy Griffin

Jeremy S. GriffinJeremy S. Griffin has been directing and teaching improvisation since 2002, shortly after starting his professional run with THE OTHER SIDE Sketch and Improv Comedy Troupe in Wilmington, NC. After working with The Other Side, Jeremy moved to Chicago to train at the iO (formerly ImprovOlympic) and perform at THE PLAYGROUND THEATRE.

In 2006 Jeremy returned to North Carolina to teach, direct and perform with DSI. Jeremy has trained with Mick Napier, TJ Jagodowski, Zach Ward, Joe Bill, Pat O’Brien, Shira Piven, Eric Hunicutt and Jeff Griggs. He has been featured at comedy festivals across the country, including the CHICAGO IMPROV FESTIVAL (Super CageMatch Champion 2006), DIRTY SOUTH IMPROV FESTIVAL, PHILADELPHIA IMPROV FESTIVAL, BLACK BOX IMPROV FESTIVAL (Atlanta) and DEL CLOSE MARATHON (New York City).

Jeremy is a faculty member of the DSI Comedy Training Center, and also works as a professional copywriter with Ignite Social Media. You can currently see him performing with MISTER DIPLOMAT and CAJONES at the DSI Comedy Theater.
